Contact Us OPC Transfers is a boutique chauffeur service based on the northern side of Gold Coast. It was initially named after the 3 fastest growing suburbs in Queensland: Ormeau, Pimpama and Coomera.
We currently only operate in Queensland major cities including Brisbane, Gold Coast and Byron Bay.
Our system is very simple and straightforward. You are only required to enter basic details such as pick up date, time, pick up location, drop off location, optionally whether you require a return trip included, and the number of passengers. Select choose your vehicle and you will be able to see exact pricing for each vehicle option that suits your needs. You are only required to provide further details if you decide to proceed with the booking.
No. Smoking, vaping, eating and harassment are not tolerable during transfer. OPC Transfers reserves the right to terminate the trip immediately without refund in such cases. Nevertheless, eating may be acceptable for day or hourly hire.
No. Customers are only responsible for additional charges such as parking fees or any damages or cleaning fees due to negligence.
You will receive email reminders and phone notifications from our booking calendar approximately 18 hours, 6 hours, and 1 hour before your scheduled transfer. In addition, your chauffeur will send you an introduction text message 1–2 hours prior to your booking time. We kindly ask that you have your phone turned on and available to receive messages once you have landed. Your chauffeur will be in contact with you via text to coordinate your kerbside pick-up meeting point or meeting you at arrivals if you have requested the Meet and Greet service. If we are unable to contact you or receive a response from the time your flight has landed or cruise has docked and your complimentary waiting time has expired, the booking will be considered a no-show. No refunds will be provided in the event of a no-show.
Yes, we offer a range of child seat options. These include rear-facing child seats for infants aged 0–12 months, forward-facing child seats for children aged 12 months to 4 years, and booster seats for children aged 4.5 to 7 years.
